Jays moves

The Jays claimed Chad Beck from the Pirates, they claimed Russ Canzler from the Indians, they claimed Mickey Stowey from the Astros.

The Jays signed RHP Ramon Ortiz and OF Ryan Langerhans to minor league contracts with invites to spring training.
